Shipping Information

We usually ship out all orders within 2 business days*, and you'll receive a tracking number by email. If you can't find the tracking number, you can check your order's progress by logging into your account (button can be found in the top of our website) and viewing order history. 

*Shipping time varies based on where you're located, however, generally it takes 1-5 business days within Canada, and 4-7 business days to the US. Expect delays during holidays, sales, and Ramadan of up to 14 days. There may be circumstances that delay orders further, however, it is rare. Currently, we only ship within Canada & USA. Free shipping on orders over $65 

Please note: Shipping does not include order-processing time. Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing.

If your order is returned to us due to an address error on your end, there will be a $15 charge to re-ship your order. Please make sure you input the correct shipping information to avoid any delays or additional charges.

The credit card processor alerts us if an order may potentially be fraud. Orders with alerts are put on hold and we will reach out to confirm your information. If we cannot reach you for seven days, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be sent.

Will my order melt during shipping?

It is rare, but it does happen from time to time, especially during the summer. We do everything we can in order to avoid chocolate from melting during transit. During the summer and spring, we add ice packs and use insulated bags that are rated to withstand heat up to 82°C (180°F) for up to 5 days. Even with all of that, there is still a small chance your chocolate may melt during transit, especially if customs agents inspect your order and they do not return the package to its original state, or if it sits on your front porch for hours in the heat.

The good news is our chocolate is safe to place in the fridge and consume after it hardens again. If you are ordering chocolate in the summer, please keep this in mind as it is not our responsibility if your order arrives melted, you are ordering at your own risk. We do not offer refunds as these extreme circumstances are completely out of our control. If you live in a hot state, we recommend to order only during winter and fall. If you are in the GTA, we recommend you stop by our retail location.
