SHIPPING RATES:
Shipping rates will vary based on time, weight and location. For shipping rate to your address, please fill out the check-out form and your shipping rate will be shown before you make your purchase.
We offer free shipping options on orders over $75 before tax across Canada & the US, excluding the following provinces: NL, NU, NT, NB.
SHIPMENT PROCESSING:
We ship inside Canada & USA only at this time.
All orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 business days of order being received and take about 1-14 business days to arrive depending on the destination address.Exceptions to this policy include pre-orders and made to order items that may take slightly longer to ship.
Please note: Shipping does not include order-processing time. If you pay for express shipping, that payment goes to the shipping provider, not us. This means express shipping does not include order-processing time,

CONFIRMATION OF SHIPMENT
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail that the order has shipped with your tracking number or log on to your account to view the status of your order.
Local Delivery Option
For Toronto, Mississauga, and neighbouring areas, we offer local delivery using a 3rd party courier that drops it off at your front door or with your concierge desk like any other grocery delivery service. This is a fast and convenient option, however, no tracking number will be issued. The driver will call you within 30minutes of arrival. If you choose this delivery method, please note the drivers are instructed to take a picture of the delivery in front of your door or concierge desk, and we, nor the driver, are not responsible for lost or stolen orders.
Will my order melt during shipping?
It is rare, but it does happen from time to time, especially during the summer. We do everything we can in order to avoid chocolate from melting during transit. During the summer and spring, we add ice packs and use insulated bags that are rated to withstand heat up to 82°C (180°F) for up to 5 days. Even with all of that, there is still a small chance your chocolate may melt during transit, especially if customs agents inspect your order and they do not return the package to its original state, or if it sits on your front porch for hours in the heat.
The good news is our chocolate is safe to place in the fridge and consume after it hardens again. If you are ordering chocolate in the summer, please keep this in mind as it is not our responsibility if your order arrives melted, you are ordering at your own risk. We do not offer refunds as these extreme circumstances are completely out of our control. If you live in a hot state, we recommend to order only during winter and fall. If you are in the GTA, we recommend you stop by our retail location.
