What you need to know

Balance

If your order total exceeds the value of your Palm Bites Gift Card, you can pay the difference using any other available payment method. If your order total is less, the remaining balance will stay on your card and can be used for future purchases.

Non-Transferable

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Expiry

Gift Cards never expire, so you redeem it whenever you wish.

Lost or Stolen Cards

Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be reissued, so please store your email securely.
How to redeem a Gift Card

To redeem your Palm Bites Gift Card, simply enter the unique gift card code in the designated field during checkout. Don't worry – the code isn't case-sensitive.

Once applied, you’ll see one of the following:

  • If your gift card balance covers the entire order amount, you can go ahead and click Complete Order.
  • If your gift card balance is less than the total, you’ll be prompted to select an additional payment method to pay the remaining amount. You can also apply another gift card if you have one.
Terms of Usage
  • Gift card balances are applied to your entire order total, including taxes and shipping charges.
  • You can use gift cards along with discount codes during checkout.
  • More than one gift card can be used in a single order.
  • Please note, gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
