Ingredients: 12 Palestinian Medjool dates, pitted 4 oz goat cheese 1/2 cup walnuts, roughly chopped Honey for drizzling Fresh rosemary or thyme for garnish Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Carefully slit open each Medjool date and gently remove the pit. Stuff each date with goat cheese and a piece of walnut. Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is warm and slightly melted. Drizzle with honey and garnish with fresh herbs before serving. 2. Khudri Date and Chicken Tagine Flavor Profile: Arabian Khudri dates are drier than some varieties, with a chewy texture and a rich, concentrated sweetness. Add onions and sauté until translucent. Add chicken, season with salt, pepper, cumin, and cinnamon. Cook until browned. Stir in chopped Khudri dates, chicken broth, and saffron. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 25-30 minutes until the chicken is tender and cooked through. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with couscous or bread. 3.
