Arabic Coffee with Cardamom & Saffron

Crafted with passion and respect for the rich Arabian heritage, our premium blend starts with carefully selected Arabica beans. The addition of cardamom introduces a burst of aromatic and citrusy notes, turning each sip into a moment of pure delight that captures the essence of Middle Eastern hospitality.
But we don't stop there. We elevate the experience further by infusing our coffee with the subtle sophistication of saffron, sourced from the finest regions.
How to make:
1) Boil Water:
- In a traditional Arabic coffee pot (known as "Dallah") or a kettle, add 1.5L of cold water and boil it.
- Once boiling, add 2 tablespoons of Palm Bites Arabic Coffee. Stir well.
- Allow the coffee to simmer over low heat for about 10 to 15 minutes. Be cautious not to let it boil over.
- As the coffee simmers, a foam will start forming on the surface. This foam is a sign of well-brewed Arabic coffee.
- Pour the Arabic coffee into small cups, ensuring each cup gets some of the foam. Traditionally, Arabic coffee cups are small, offering small, concentrated servings.
- Arabic coffee is typically served unsweetened, but you can add sugar to taste if you prefer a sweeter brew.
- Sip the aromatic Arabic coffee slowly and savour the unique blend of flavours. Remember, Arabic coffee is more about the experience and the social ritual than the caffeine kick.
- Serve with dates or other traditional Middle Eastern sweets to enhance the cultural experience.
