Date bark is a slab of chocolate mixed with chunks of dates, then broken into big pieces. The chocolate brings richness, the dates add a natural, caramel-like sweetness and a soft chew, and depending on the version, roasted nuts add crunch. Every bark comes in a 300g resealable pouch and is made in Canada.
Nut Mix Date Bark
The Nut Mix Date Bark is the one with a bit of everything. Fair Trade Belgian chocolate and chunks of dates meet a variety of mixed roasted nuts: hazelnuts, pistachios, almonds, peanuts, pecans, macadamia nuts and cashews. Seven nuts means no two bites are exactly the same.

Pistachio Date Bark
For pistachio lovers, the Pistachio Date Bark keeps the focus on one nut. It's Fair Trade Belgian chocolate, roasted pistachios and chunks of dates, simple and satisfying.

Nut-Free Date Bark
The Nut-Free Date Bark is date bark at its purest: just Fair Trade Belgian chocolate and chunks of dates. It's all about the chocolate and the dates.

Dark or milk?
Dark chocolate has a deeper, less sweet flavour that lets the dates and nuts stand out. Milk chocolate is creamier and sweeter, for a more classic chocolate bar feel. If you can't decide, the Pistachio Date Bark comes in both, so you can try them side by side.
